Octagon came to us to address this shift in their target audience. We worked to understand their motivations and created their positioning as the client’s ‘guide and ally’. This inspired a new name, logo and identity which were rolled out as part of a suite of new sales collateral.
Octagon’s new identity has helped them differentiate themselves from the competition, aiding both business and recruitment. Their key sales piece, the website, has become an important asset, with a bounce rate that has dropped to single figures.
