Having grown to be the national market leaders in property recruitment, GCB came to us to help define their brand and provide them with a visual identity that cemented their status.

Following a strategy workshop, we formalised an internal narrative “individually driven, collectively strong” to help guide the team forward. We then set about creating branding that elevates the visual representation of GCB and reflects their people-focused approach.
