Having grown to be the national market leaders in property recruitment, GCB became aware that challengers were starting to pop up and that their branding didn’t reflect their status as top dog.
They came to us to help define their brand and create an identity that allowed them to cement their position, whilst giving scope for growth elsewhere.
Following a strategy workshop, we formalised an internal narrative “individually driven, collectively strong” to help guide the team forward.
A simple external message “we get people” plays on their success and their people-focused approach, and brings a little fun into the brand.
We created a vibrant visual identity that allowed for individualism within a structure, and backed this up with new photography that reflects the openness of the team.
